MY APPROACH

The body carries
far more than posture & movement

There is no single method that can fully describe how human beings heal, grow, or reconnect with themselves.

Over many years, my work has evolved through the meeting of different disciplines, traditions, and personal experience. The self developed INSI Method™ is inspired by contemporary somatic bodywork, trauma-informed approaches, expressive movement, and the profound intelligence of the body itself:

Interocetpional Neuro Somatic Integration

At the same time, it has been deeply shaped by my background in physical theatre, acting, dance, performance, and years of guiding people in discovering authentic presence and expression.

Rather than following a rigid system, I have gradually developed an the INSI Method™ that brings these influences together into a coherent and deeply personal way of working.

Working With the Intelligence of the Body

The body carries far more than posture or movement.

It stores memories, protective strategies, emotional patterns, creativity, and an innate capacity for regulation and healing. Instead of trying to "fix" what appears broken, our work begins by listening to what is already present.

Symptoms are not viewed as failures.

They are often intelligent adaptations that once helped us navigate difficult experiences. By approaching them with curiosity instead of resistance, new possibilities can emerge naturally.

The goal is not to become someone else, but to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there.

From Protection to Possibility

Many therapeutic models focus primarily on problems or diagnoses.

The INSI Method™â€‹ is equally interested in your resources, resilience, and natural strengths.

Together we explore what already supports you, what gives you vitality, and where your system naturally wants to move. This shift - from fighting against yourself toward cooperating with yourself - creates space for sustainable transformation.

Healing becomes less about overcoming the past and more about expanding your capacity to meet life with greater presence, flexibility, and trust.

A Living Practice

Every session is unique because every person is unique.

Some moments invite stillness. Others invite movement. Sometimes words are needed; sometimes the body communicates more clearly without them. Gentle touch, breath, awareness, movement, and dialogue may all become part of the process - always guided by what feels appropriate in the moment.

Rather than applying a predefined technique, I respond to the person in front of me. The approach remains alive, adaptable, and deeply relational.

An Integration of Many Paths

This work has been shaped by years of study, artistic practice, and professional experience across multiple disciplines - from literature and theatre to performance, movement education, and somatic bodywork.

What connects them all is a shared question:

How can we become more fully ourselves?

My approach is the result of this ongoing exploration - a space where body, mind, emotion, creativity, and presence are no longer separate, but work together in support of your unfolding.
